After a string a successful outbound call campaigns nurturing the prospect list, it was decided that it was time to change things up. IBM had recently launched PureFlex Systems storage and the client needed to communicate the benefits of the new technology and make an impact with the design. The cabinet design of the PureFlex is striking and in contrast with previous technology and competitor brands. Visually, this was something to leverage. Using telephone calls for opportunity profiling and direct mail opt-in, a small box was created and delivered to a New South Wales and Victorian audience.
