Meridian IT attended CeBIT as booth sponsor in May 2015. RAW Marketing partnered with Meridian IT Australia to execute the booth design, content and presentation to build effective pre and post show tactics to their strategy.
RAW created a stand-out booth design using a large, feature chalkboard wall with suggested talking points and call for delegates to write on the board their ‘Most Important IT Question’. The large booth footprint allowed for a dedicated services zone and data centre zone, meaning the view and messaging was different from each approach to the space.
The unique design of the Meridan IT booth achieved its purpose of creating a talking-point and interaction between the delegates and the Meridian representatives. The eye-catching but simple concept matched, if not exceeded, the surrounding displays in impact and literally stopped traffic as people read the writing on the wall.
The Meridian IT Australia team collected hundreds of potential prospects on-booth discussions and the use of a digital scanner to collect contact details. Meridian IT reviewed the total database and selected 106 contacts for post event follow-up. The follow-up telemarketing and eDM completed with 10 leads identified.
